SUMMARY The Senior Site Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of site operations to ensure optimal performance, cost efficiency, and exceptional customer and employee experience. This role leads day-to-day operations, drives continuous improvement, and ensures that the business is well-coordinated, productive, and aligned with Jabil company standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced operational leader with strong organizational insight, capable of planning and managing diverse activities in rapidly changing environment while coaching teams to perform at a best-in-class level. This role suits someone who is adept at leading through change, enhancing operational performance, and ensuring that teams and processes support long-term business and customer success. The position reports directly to the Site Operations Director . Location: Dublin, Dublin 15 - greater Blanchardstown area, on site JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior leadership role within a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably in an electronic / HIGH TECH manufacturing-services company. Knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g., materials/supply chain, engineering, quality, HR, EHS, Security, IT etc.) Extensive experience working directly with business customers and developing the customer relationship. Experience in leading cross functional teams. Experience working in matrix organisation and contract manufacturing Commercially aware and ability to review and manage operational costs of a significant OEM account. Demonstrated experience in defining and executing operational performance and process improvement initiatives for maximum efficiency, while supporting shifting business demands. Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity. Strong communicator both written and verbal with ability to influence across numerous stakeholders at varying levels. Experience in lean manufacturing activities in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
