Knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g., materials/supply chain, engineering, quality, HR, EHS, Security, IT etc.) Extensive experience working directly with business customers and developing the customer relationship. Experience in leading cross functional teams. Experience working in matrix organisation and contract manufacturing Commercially aware and ability to review and manage operational costs of a significant OEM account. Demonstrated experience in defining and executing operational performance and process improvement initiatives for maximum efficiency, while supporting shifting business demands. Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity. Strong communicator both written and verbal with ability to influence across numerous stakeholders at varying levels. Experience in lean manufacturing activities in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
